Banana & Apple Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana large size
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup grated apple 1 small apple, skin on
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup self raising flour
- 1/2 cup milk whichever milk you prefer
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Add banana into a mixing bowl and mash it with a fork.
- Then and all the other ingredients (not the butter) into the mixing bowl and give it a good mix.
- Place a dollop (1 tablespoon) of butter into your fry pan and then add the mixture and let it become brown each side. Ta Da!
