Miso & Maple Baked Salmon
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp light miso paste
- 1/2 tbsp dark miso paste
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp roasted sesame oil
- 2 spring onions
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add: 1 tablespoon of light miso paste, 1/2 a tablespoon of dark miso paste, 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup, 1/2 tablespoon of roasted sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and salt and pepper (if you wish). I also added 2 diced spring onions into the mixture (optional). Mix well. Add 4 salmon fillets in the bowl and mix with the marinade.
- Let it marinate for at-least an hour in the fridge.
- Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking dish and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
