Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillets (skin off)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking sake
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 /2 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- Cube your salmon fillets and place into a mixing bowl.
- In another bowl mix the soy, sake, ginger, sesame oil and maple syrup together. Then pour over the salmon. Give it a good mix. If time permits let it marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Place 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in a fry pan. Keep on a medium heat. Place the cubed salmon and only turn the salmon once the salmon becomes golden and glazed. This should take approximately 8-10 minutes to cook perfectly.
