Banana & Apple Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp apple puree
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp desiccated coconut
- 2 tsp psyllium husk
Steps
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
- In a mixing bowl add: 2 cup self raising flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 3 tablespoons apple puree, 3 ripe large bananas, 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon, 6 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoon desiccated coconut, 2 teaspoon psyllium husk. Mix well.
- Line your baking tin with olive oil and flour so it doesn't stick to the bottom.Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
