Banana & Apple Pancakes

Fluffy banana-apple pancakes with cinnamon, vanilla, and oats for a delightful breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana (large size)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup grated apple (1 small apple, skin on)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup milk (whichever milk you prefer)
  • 1 tbsp butter

Steps

  1. Add banana into a mixing bowl and mash it with a fork.
  2. Then and all the other ingredients (not the butter) into the mixing bowl and give it a good mix.
  3. Place a dollop (1 tablespoon) of butter into your fry pan and then add the mixture and let it become brown each side. Ta Da!
