Banana & Coconut Biscuit

Moist, coconut-infused banana biscuits sweetened with maple syrup - a simple, satisfying treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
  2. In a mixing bowl add 2 ripe bananas, mash it with a fork. Add 3/4 cup of desiccated Coconut, 1/4 cup of plain flour and 1 tablespoon of 100% pure maple syrup.
  3. Mix and roll into balls and place on a baking tray (line with baking paper first). With a fork press gently flatten them.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
