Banana & Coconut Smoothie
Creamy banana-coconut smoothie with a hint of cinnamon for a delightful tropical treat.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana (The riper the better, for the sweetest smoothie)
- 1 cup milk (Any milk of your choice (I use soy))
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 tbsp agave syrup (You can use honey, maple syrup etc.)
Steps
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz under the ice and the banana have blended well. I usually add more ice, as i love it thick and cold.
- Serve and enjoy!
