Sultana & Pear Cookies
Delightful cookies featuring the sweet pairing of sultanas, pear, and almond meal, lightly sweetened with maple syrup.

Ingredients
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/3 cup sultanas
- 1 pear
- 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Steps
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
- In a mixing bowl add 1 cup of self raising flour, 1 cup of almond meal, 1/3 cup of sultanas, 1 finely diced pear (skin on), 1/3 cup of desiccated coconut, 1/2 cup of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.
- Mix together and form into balls and place on your baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
