Sultana & Pear Cookies

Delightful cookies featuring the sweet pairing of sultanas, pear, and almond meal, lightly sweetened with maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/3 cup sultanas
  • 1 pear
  • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
  2. In a mixing bowl add 1 cup of self raising flour, 1 cup of almond meal, 1/3 cup of sultanas, 1 finely diced pear (skin on), 1/3 cup of desiccated coconut, 1/2 cup of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.
  3. Mix together and form into balls and place on your baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
