Oat & Mandarin Slice

Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp water
- 1/2 cup mandarin ((keep juices))
- 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
- 1.5 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl add: 1.5 tablespoons of chia seeds, 4 tablespoons of water, 1/2 cup of chopped mandarins (keep juices and pour into mixing bowl), 1.5 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut, 1.5 cups of rolled oats, 1/2 cup of almond meal, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
- Mix and pour into lined baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 150 degrees celsius.
